FAQ

Oasis codes are explained here in short. The sale rules come from the public registration notes and this week's published windows. This site is not Oasis and not Ticketmaster.

Who gets a code?

People who registered before Thursday 17 September and were picked at random. Registration is closed. Being on the list did not reserve a ticket, and it did not promise a code.

When does the email arrive?

From Thursday 24 September through Sunday 27 September 2026. It can land at any time in that stretch. Check junk as well as the inbox.

What address sends it?

oasis@openstageit.com. It is addressed to the name and email you registered with.

Does my Ticketmaster email have to match?

Yes. The Ticketmaster account has to use the same email as the registration, or you will not get into the queue.

How many tickets can one code buy?

Up to 4. That cap also covers tickets you buy later from Ticketmaster resale, or from Twickets for UK shows.

Can I share a code?

No. It is personal, and it is locked to the email address on the registration. It will not work from a different account.

Can I use it for a different city?

No. The code opens one city and one sale window. A Munich code does not open Barcelona, Manchester, Boston, or anywhere else.

Was there a presale I can still join?

No. Registration was the public route, and it has closed. There is no code you can buy. A small number of tickets might be released later, but that is not a second public sale you can sign up for here.

Is there a general sale?

No general onsale was announced. If you were not picked, waiting on a normal onsale is not the plan that was published.

What if I need accessible seats?

Arrangements differ by venue. Ticketmaster handles them. This site cannot book them and does not have a separate code for access seats.

Where do I buy?

On Ticketmaster, using the link in your code email. This site is not Ticketmaster, is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, and does not link out to a ticket seller.

What if nothing arrives by Sunday?

Then you were not picked. Do not pay anyone who says they can fix that. A code bought from a stranger will not open the sale.
